The planned revenues of the Bashkortostan budget 2025 may amount to 337.5 billion rubles, expenses to 341.5 billion rubles, and the republican treasury deficit to 4 billion rubles.
On December 19, at their last plenary session this year, the deputies of the State Assembly adopted Bashkortostan's budget for the next three years.
Finance Minister Svetlana Malinskaya explained that the financial assistance to Bashkortostan from the federal budget in 2025 will amount to 81.5 billion rubles - 12.6 billion rubles more than previously planned. The amount of own revenues has also been clarified. Compared to considering the draft budget in the first reading, it has increased by 1.2 billion rubles. Additional allocations - 13.8 billion rubles - are distributed among separate expense items. They will support the education, healthcare, housing, and utilities sectors, the organization of passenger transportation, and other expenses. Excise taxes on petroleum products will increase the volume of own revenues - plus 2 billion rubles. At the same time, the forecast for the receipt of fines for violating traffic rules has been revised with a decrease of 0.8 billion rubles.
The main expenditure items include education (94.2 billion rubles), the national economy (65.4 billion rubles), social policy (72 billion rubles), and medicine (37.8 billion rubles), which together account for 80% of all expenses.
Also, the republic's budget will retain funds for 40 measures to support SMO participants and their family members at last year's level. More than 8.2 billion rubles are allocated for these purposes, roughly equivalent to the funds in 2024.
Next year, 43.5 billion rubles, of which 34.7 billion rubles from the federal budget, are planned to be spent on implementing national projects. The largest amount of funds will be allocated to implementing the "Youth and Children" project - 16.8 billion rubles—and the "Infrastructure for Life" - 15.3 billion rubles.
