Vladimir Putin signed law on federal budget for 2025-2027
Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the law on the federal budget for 2025 and the planning period 2026-2027.
Thus, federal budget revenues are projected at 40.296 trillion rubles next year, 41.84 trillion in 2026, and 43.154 trillion in 2027.
Expenditures in 2025 are projected at 41.469 trillion rubles. In 2026, they will increase to 44.022 trillion rubles, and in 2027, to 45.915 trillion. Accordingly, the budget deficit next year will be 1.173 trillion rubles, in 2026—already 2.181 trillion rubles, and in 2027 - 2.761 trillion.
As for the expected GDP indicators, in 2025, it is forecast to reach 214.575 trillion rubles, an increase of 2.5%. In 2026, it will grow to 230.568 trillion rubles (+2.6%), and in 2027, to 248.313 trillion rubles (+2.8%).
Inflation in 2025 is expected at 4.5%, and in 2026 and 2027, it will likely be at 4%.
