Bashkortostan deputies will consider several important bills

The State Assembly—Kurultai of Bashkortostan—will meet on September 18. The agenda includes about 40 issues, the state assembly's press service reported.

The Minister of Economic Development and Investment Policy of the Republic of Bashkortostan Rustam Muratov will deliver a report on the results of investment activities in the republic to the deputies.

Among the most significant bills being considered for the first time is "On Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Bashkortostan on Administrative Offenses." In particular, it is proposed to introduce fines of up to 500 thousand rubles for failure to comply with decisions of the Head of Bashkortostan as the head of the operational headquarters (to protect the population and territories from emergencies and meet the needs of the Armed Forces), Bashinform reported.

In addition, the deputies will consider the bill "On Amendments to Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan "On the Organization of Major Repairs of Common Property in Apartment Buildings Located on the Territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan." The document provides for an extension of two more years of benefits for capital repair payments for single elderly citizens (or those living in a family of non-working pensioners or disabled people of groups I-II).

At the meeting in the State Assembly, the draft law "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic "On the Privatization of State Property in the Republic" will also be considered for the first time. The region intends to introduce a new method of privatizing state property. In cases where the sale through a public offer did not occur, we are talking about selling at the minimum permissible price (instead of selling without announcing the price).

Among the most relevant draft laws considered in the second and third readings are "On Amendments to Article 6.2 of the Law of the Republic, "On the Regulation of Activities in the Field of Production and Circulation of Ethyl Alcohol, Alcoholic and Alcohol-Containing Products, and on Limiting the Consumption (Drinking) of Alcoholic Products in the Republic."
