Head of Bashkortostan signed important decree

The Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, signed a decree extending the republican government's performance of its duties in the region until the formation of a new government. The document was published on the official Internet portal of the region's legal information.

"In connection with the resignation of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan of its powers and, guided by Article 93 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bashkortostan, I decree to instruct the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan to continue to perform its duties until the formation of a new government of the Republic of Bashkortostan," the document states.

This Decree comes into force on the day of its signing.

The Government of Bashkortostan resigned earlier. The corresponding order was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic, Andrey Nazarov. The document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
