Bashkortostan Government has resigned

The Government of Bashkortostan has resigned. The corresponding order was signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic, Andrey Nazarov. The document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

"Following Article 93 of the Constitution of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Article 30 of the Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan "On the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan," the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan resigns its powers before the newly appointed Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan," the document says.

As reported by Bashinform News Agency, on September 12, the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Bashkortostan, Azat Galimkhanov, presented Radiy Khabirov with the Certificate of Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The Head of the Republic took the oath in the state languages ​​of Bashkortostan.

Let us recall that the current head of the region, Radiy Khabirov, received 80.21% of the votes in the recent elections for the Head of Bashkortostan. His candidacy was supported by more than 1.724 million voters of the republic. Voter turnout was 72.34%.
