Central Election Commission has recognized Head of Bashkortostan elections as valid
The Central Election Commission of Bashkortostan has summarized the results of the republic's elections for the Head of the region and the additional elections for the State Assembly deputy in Ufa electoral district No. 54.
The commission decided to recognize the elections of the Head of Bashkortostan as valid and established that Radiy Khabirov was elected Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan. As Bashinform reported earlier, the current head of the region received 80.21% of the votes. More than 1.724 million voters in the republic cast their ballots for him. The voter turnout was 72.34%.
The CEC also established that Elvira Matskevich was elected deputy of the State Assembly of the Republic of Bashkortostan at the seventh convocation in Ufa electoral district No. 54.
