Radiy Khabirov signed decree on holding Republic Day 2024
The head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, signed a decree on preparing and holding Republic Day in 2024. The document was published on the official Internet portal of the region's legal information.
"In commemoration of the thirty-fourth anniversary of the proclamation of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the Republic of Bashkortostan, following Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Bashkortostan "On Holidays and Memorable Days in the Republic of Bashkortostan," I decree: to approve the composition of the organizing committee for the preparation and holding of Republic Day in 2024," says the decree of Radiy Khabirov.
The organizing committee is instructed to develop and approve an action plan for preparing and holding Republic Day in 2024. Municipalities are recommended to hold festive events dedicated to the Republic Day in cities, administrative centers of municipal districts, and rural settlements in October 2024. In addition, it is necessary to ensure festive decoration of institutions, streets, squares, public buildings, and residential areas using the state symbols of Russia and Bashkortostan; organize cultural, mass, and sports events dedicated to the Republic Day; hold fairs in cities and villages, organize mobile holiday trade.
It is recommended that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Bashkortostan ensure public order and road safety during the festive events.
The decree entered into force on the day of its signing.
