Radiy Khabirov spoke about polling stations' readiness

The head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, gave a positive assessment of the preparation of the electoral commissions of the republic and, in general, government bodies at all levels for the elections, which will be held on September 6, 7, and 8.

"We must create conditions so residents can calmly, comfortably, and safely vote at polling stations. This is a lot of work; we have more than 3,000 precinct commissions in the republic, and they even need to be technically prepared for work. Without effective interaction, including with federal government bodies and republican and municipal bodies, it is difficult to hold elections. Therefore, today, we discussed all the issues of interaction. They are traditionally at the proper high level, so the preparation is going well, in my opinion.

All polling stations are currently almost ready. We have thought through how the voting will be conducted, which will last 3 days according to the decision of the Central Electoral Commission. People will be able to come at a comfortable, convenient time. I want to say there is a lot of interest in the elections, including from various political forces. In addition to the elections of the Head of the Republic, the political framework of all municipal cities and districts is practically changing. And there is a lot of interest there, and all the parliamentary parties have come forward, and small parties have put forward their candidates. In my opinion, such a, you know, working, competitive environment.
