Elena Prochakovskaya left her post
Elena Prochakovskaya, head of the Department of the Head of Bashkortostan for Social Communications, left her post. As reported to Bashinform by the press service of the head of the republic, the official wrote a statement of resignation from the post of her own free will on July 29.
Earlier, the Krasnogorsk City Court of the Moscow Region found Elena Prochakovskaya guilty of fraud using her official position under Part 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and sentenced her to two years probation.
After considering the filed appeal, the Moscow Regional Court left the decision unchanged on July 30, 2024.
