State Duma will establish signs that land is being used for other purposes
The State Duma adopted in the first reading a bill developed by Rosreestr. The bill establishes a three-year period for the development of land plots and will also help resolve the issue of abandoned objects.
If you do not take care of your site, it may become overgrown with hogweed or an unauthorized place for accumulating household waste. In addition, many abandoned facilities significantly complicate the gardening partnership activities.
The bill proposes to establish specific signs of land non-use. A similar decision was made on agricultural land in 2020.
This decision will protect landowners from arbitrary assessments by inspectors.
