Prime Minister of Bashkortostan appreciated XI Belarus and Russia Regions Forum

The Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan assessed the XI Belarus and Russia Regions Forum. Andrey Nazarov dedicated a post on his Telegram channel.

“When discussing friendship between regions, we mean the Republic of Belarus. Bashkortostan's real friends live here. We realized this again at the XI Belarus and Russia Regions Forum.

Remember that the X Belarus and Russia Regions Forum was held in Ufa last year. It was a large-scale forum regarding entertainment, business agenda, agreements, and agreements concluded.

The Republic of Belarus is one of our most important areas of international cooperation. The region ranks 4th in Bashkortostan's foreign trade turnover, with a share of 6.3%.”

Andrey Nazarov recalled the most significant joint projects:

  • Built-in a record nine months, a plant for the production of equipment for post-harvest grain processing - Amkodor-Agidel;
  • Launched the construction of the Amkodor-Alga plant to produce special earth-moving equipment. The enterprise will provide about a thousand jobs and will create up to 1 thousand units of equipment per year;
  • In the new territories of the Alga SEZ, a joint assembly enterprise for electric transport of the Minsk Automobile and Ufa Tram and Trolleybus Plants is planned to be located. Today, in Vitebsk, they consolidated this initiative with an agreement;
  • The issue of constructing 3 factories of Belarusian holdings for producing lithium LFP batteries, separators for making batteries, and waste materials recycling is being considered. For new production, it is planned to create the Bashkir-Belarusian Industrial Park;
  • the project “Bashkir-Belarusian Longevity” is being implemented. Tourism". In 2023, more than 1.6 thousand of our pensioners visited Belarus under this program;
  • The population of Belovezhskaya bison is being restored in Bashkortostan. 18 individuals were brought in, and on June 4, the first Belovezhskaya bison calf was born in our reserve.

“It is precisely these kinds of human relations and humanitarian programs, joint economic projects, and common values ​​that we always talk about,” the Prime Minister of Bashkortostan said.
