Central Election Commission has completed accepting documents from candidates for participation in Head of Bashkiria elections

The Central Election Commission of Bashkortostan announced the completion of accepting documents from candidates nominated by political parties to participate in the Head of the Republic of Belarus elections. The CEC received documents from five candidates: Radiy Khabirov, nominated by United Russia; Vladimir Nagorny (nominated by the A Just Russia - Patriots - For Truth party); LDPR candidate Ivan Sukharev, Ilshat Timeryanov (New People party) and Artur Shainurova (Communist Party of the Russian Federation).

“To register, candidates from July 1 to 6 p.m. on July 11, 2024, must submit to the Central Election Commission support sheets with signatures of deputies of representative bodies of local self-government, a list of persons who signed the candidate’s support sheets, information about changes in the data about the candidate, the first financial report, information about three candidates to vest the powers of a senator of the Russian Federation, one of which, if the candidate presenting her is elected, will be vested with the corresponding powers, a written notification that the candidate does not have accounts (deposits) and does not keep cash funds and valuables in foreign banks located outside the Russian Federation, does not own or use foreign financial instruments,” commented Marina Dolmatova, Secretary of the Central Election Commission of the Republic.
