Voting in Head of Bashkiria elections will last three days – September 6, 7 and 8

The commission decided to conduct voting in the elections scheduled in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan on September 8, 2024, within three days - September 6, 7, and 8, 2024. This was reported by the Election Commission of the Republic's Telegram channel.

By decisions of the commission, a calendar plan of activities for the preparation and conduct of elections for the Head of the Republic in 2024 and a calendar plan of activities for the preparation and conduct of additional elections of a deputy of the State Assembly - Kurultai of the Republic of the seventh conference in the Ufa electoral district No. 54 were approved. Changes were also made to the previously approved approximate calendar plan for the main ones. Activities for preparing and conducting elections of deputies of representative bodies of local self-government on September 8, 2024.

A decision was made to organize a “hotline” to receive citizens’ requests for preparing and conducting the 2024 elections of the Head of the Republic. The meeting also considered the issue of the procedure for providing premises in state or municipal ownership for holding public campaign events in the form of meetings at the request of registered candidates for the elections of the Head of the Republic in 2024.

The commission's final decision determined the amount and procedure for payment of compensation and additional remuneration, as well as other payments, during the preparation and conduct of the elections of the Head of the Republic.
