Federal media report that the State Duma has approved the candidacies of ten deputy prime ministers: seven have retained their posts, and three are new ones.
Denis Manturov was appointed 1st Deputy Prime Minister. He vacated the Minister of Industry and Trade post, to which the Governor of the Kaliningrad Region, Anton Alikhanov, was proposed.
Dmitry Patrushev, who worked as the Minister of Agriculture, is the second new deputy chairman of the government. His deputy, Oksana Lut, is proposed to head the department.
Vitaly Savelyev, who served as Minister of Transport, is the third newcomer to the government. Mikhail Degtyarev, governor of the Khabarovsk Territory, is proposed for his post.
The remaining seven deputy prime ministers retained their posts: Tatyana Golikova, Marat Khusnullin, Dmitry Chernyshenko, Dmitry Grigorenko, Alexander Novak, Alexey Ovcharuk, Yuri Trutnev.
