On May 7, at the Grand Kremlin Palace in Moscow, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, participated in Vladimir Putin's inauguration ceremony as President of the Russian Federation.
Adhering to the protocol outlined in Article 82 of the Russian Federation's Constitution, Vladimir Putin solemnly swore his oath to the people of Russia. The ceremony, witnessed by members of the Federation Council, deputies of the State Duma, and judges of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, was officiated by the Chairman of the Constitutional Court, Valery Zorkin, who formally announced Vladimir Putin as President of the Russian Federation.
After the inauguration, the Head of Bashkortostan shared his impressions of the ceremony with reporters.
The head of the region especially noted the warm and respectful attitude of the Russian President towards Bashkortostan.
