Bashkiria will receive 67 million rubles to attract personnel to defense industry
By order of the Government of the Russian Federation for 2024, Bashkiria has allocated 67.14 million rubles in subsidies to enterprises of the military-industrial complex for organizing vocational training and additional education of workers. Also, these funds are intended to obtain qualifications from citizens who have applied to employment centers and entered into apprenticeship agreements with enterprises in the defense industry.
Based on the results of 2023, Bashkiria took 1st place in Russia regarding the volume of federal funds raised for training employees of defense industry enterprises. Last year, almost 157 million rubles were allocated for these purposes, of which 155.4 million were federal. With the plan to train 2,634 people, 2,761 employees from eight enterprises of the republican defense industry received training.
