Vladimir Putin holds working meeting with Head of Bashkiria

The President of Russia began a meeting with the Head of Bashkiria. During the working meeting, Radiy Khabirov reports to Vladimir Putin on the state of affairs in the republic, and current issues of socio-economic development of the region are discussed.

During the meeting, the President was interested in attracting investment, industrial development, housing construction, and solving defrauded shareholders' problems. The President of Russia was interested in Bashkiria’s practice of holding an “Investment Hour” session. During a meeting with Vladimir Putin, the head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, spoke about the republic’s work to attract investment and create comfortable conditions for business. In particular, Radiy Khabirov discussed the program for protecting and attracting regional investment. Bashkiria leads the country in the number of preferential territories. Over the past 5 years, their number has tripled.

The republic’s relationship with Belarus and Kazakhstan was also raised.

Radiy Khabirov discussed measures to support the SMO during the meeting. Service members from Bashkiria worthily carry out the combat missions of a special military operation. Radiy Khabirov told the Head of State about the formed Bashkir volunteer battalions and the Bashkortostan motorized rifle regiment. The head of the republic also noted the work of Bashkir specialists in restoring infrastructure in the Lugansk People's Republic.
