Research grants allocating procedure has been changed in Bashkiria
By decree, the head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, changed the Procedure for providing grants through subsidies from the republic's budget for state support of scientific research in the Eurasian Research and Educational Center's priority areas of activity. The document was published today on the official Internet portal for legal information for the Republic.
The decree came into force on the date of its signing, March 25, 2024.
The purpose of providing grants is “financial support for the costs of conducting fundamental scientific research and exploratory scientific research” by individual scientific groups in priority areas of the Eurasian REC's program of activities.
The principal manager of the funds is the Ministry of Education and Science of Bashkiria.
The document clarifies, “Grants are provided to Russian state educational organizations of higher education and (or) scientific organizations registered in the Republic of Bashkortostan, which are participants in the Center.”
Grant recipients are determined based on the results of an annual competition. Grants are allocated for 3 years for scientific research.
