Radiy Khabirov held meeting on public space improvement

At the House of the Republic, the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov held the next “Urban Environment Hour.” On the agenda are projects for improving public spaces in the republic's populated areas.

At the beginning of the meeting, Ratmir Mavliev, the head of the Ufa administration, presented a “road map” for repairing the facades of administrative and residential buildings in the city's historical center. In total, 26 buildings classified as cultural heritage sites require repairs. The facade renovation plan includes work in 2024 and 2025.

Minister of Housing and Communal Services of Bashkortostan Irina Golovanova reported on preparations to improve public spaces in populated areas of the republic.

Thus, in 2024, within the framework of the federal project “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment” of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment,” they plan to put 123 territories in order. Improvement objects will be determined considering the opinions of the republic's residents. And on March 15, the all-Russian voting for projects implemented in 2025 started. In Bashkortostan, 216 objects are participating in the selection, from which 120 winners will be selected. You can vote for improvement projects until April 30 on the State Services portal and the website 02.gorodsreda.ru.

The meeting also discussed the concept of creating a modern zoo on the territory of the Foresters Park of Bashkortostan. Ratmir Mavliev, the head of the Ufa administration, introduced this concept.

The project is being implemented in several stages as part of a large-scale improvement of the park area, including the existing open-air cage. The new zoo will be built taking into account Russian and international experience. The concept includes the creation of a petting zoo, a walking area, catering establishments, and a playground.

The head of Bashkortostan supported the proposed project and noted that it should be comfortable for family vacations.
