In Moscow, a meeting occurred between the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, and the Director of the Federal Service of the National Guard Troops of Russia - Commander-in-Chief of the Army General Viktor Zolotov.
On the agenda is interaction with the republic and support for units of the Russian Guard that carry out the tasks of a special military operation. Among them are two Bashkir battalions named after Salavat Yulaev.
During the meeting, Radiy Khabirov handed over to Director Viktor Zolotov a certificate for 18 new URAL “Vityaz” armored vehicles intended to carry out tasks by department personnel in the Northern Military District zone. The head of the region expressed confidence that the new equipment will increase the mobility of fighters and contribute to the solution of the assigned tasks by the units of the Russian Guard.
Viktor Zolotov thanked the leadership of Bashkortostan for their active participation in maintaining the material and technical base of the Russian Guard units. In addition, the head of the department noted the contribution of the republic's residents to increasing the combat effectiveness of units of the National Guard troops.
