Putin signed law banning advertising on foreign agents' resources
The President signed a law banning advertising on foreign agents' resources. The document prohibits Russian citizens and domestic companies, regardless of their form of ownership, from placing any advertising on the resources of foreign agents. The ban applies to their websites, blogs, social networks, etc.
An individual (or association of individuals) can be recognized as a foreign agent, regardless of citizenship, legal form, jurisdiction, and foreign structures, without forming a legal entity that participates in political activities in Russia and receives foreign funding.
Support from a foreign source can be expressed in providing funds and organizational, methodological, scientific, technical, and other assistance.
