Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia Mikhail Yurin delivered a welcoming speech via video at the Ministry of Industry board meeting. It should be noted that from 2015 to 2020, he worked in management positions at the Blagoveshchensk enterprise POLIEF.
Mikhail Yurin noted the great potential for developing Bashkortostan's chemical industry and emphasized that more than 90% of the country's manufacturing industries cannot operate without chemical industry products.
“Chemistry has always been a link capable of launching innovative processes in industry and related sectors, particularly agriculture and medicine. Bashkortostan is a powerful industrial region with a high level of chemical production development, oil refining, and mechanical engineering. The republic's flagship enterprises are known throughout the country. They are actively working on import substitution and the introduction of new technologies. On behalf of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, I wish the region further success in developing its production base and scientific, educational, and personnel potential,” said Mikhail Yurin.
