Four out of five new national projects will start in 2025

Four of the five new national projects Russian President Vladimir Putin announced on February 29 will start in 2025. TASS reports this regarding a statement by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova.

At the same time, the national project “Youth of Russia” will be launched this year.

As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the approval of several new national projects announced during the announcement of the message to the Federal Assembly by the end of 2024. Among them are “Family”, “Personnel”, “Data Economy”, “Youth of Russia”, as well as “Long and Active Life”.

“We plan to launch everything from January 1, 2025, except one national project, “Youth of Russia,” which we should launch this year,” Golikova said at the Russia exhibition and forum site.

According to her, the national project “Youth of Russia” will be a mechanism to support the new strategy for developing youth policy, which is now at a high level of readiness. The Deputy Prime Minister confirmed that, most likely, the “Youth of Russia” will be launched in the second half of 2024.

“All national projects that are currently being implemented, no matter in what area, will one way or another adapt to the new priorities announced by the president from 2025,” she clarified.
