Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law that provides for the confiscation of property, money, and other material assets for calls for extremism and the spread of fakes about the Russian Armed Forces.
We are talking about funds used or intended to finance criminal activities against the country's security. In addition, now, by a court decision, honorary titles can be deprived for such actions.
This also includes public calls for the introduction of sanctions against Russia, the rehabilitation of Nazism, and assistance in the implementation of decisions of organizations in which the Russian Federation does not participate or foreign government agencies.
Earlier, residents of Bashkortostan were warned about the spread of fake news in instant messengers and social networks regarding allegedly impending terrorist attacks in schools, shopping centers, and other public places.
