Such applications, directly or through the Central Election Commission of Russia, were received by the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Bashkortostan from all political parties that nominated registered candidates.

Eight TV channels and radio stations took part in the draw: “Russia-1”, “Russia 24”, “BST,” “Radio Rossii,” “Mayak,” “Vesti FM,” “Sputnik FM,” “And Yuldash.”

Addressing the participants in the draw, Azat Galimkhanov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic, noted: “Pre-election campaigning through the media imposes a special responsibility on all participants in the election process - registered candidates, the parties that nominated them and media organizations. I hope that campaigning through the media will traditionally take place following the high standards of information activities characteristic of state television and radio.”
