All-Russian Culinary Congress will be held in Ufa in fall
The All-Russian Culinary Congress will be held in Ufa in the fall of 2024. The Minister of Trade and Services of the Republic, Aleksey Gusev, announced this. The decision to organize the event was made within the framework of cooperation between the government of Bashkortostan and the National Association of Culinary Artists of Russia, about which a memorandum was signed between the parties during the Trade Days at the International Exhibition “Russia” in Moscow.
“We agreed to promote the development of gastronomic tourism and the culinary movement in general, support each other, and conduct joint master classes. In addition, we agreed to hold the All-Russian Culinary Congress jointly. It will take place in Ufa in September this year. The event will become an important platform for exchanging experience and knowledge between culinary professionals from different regions of Russia,” wrote Aleksey Gusev.
As Bashinform News Agency reported, over 200 thousand people visited Bashkiria’s stand during the Trade Days at the International Exhibition “Russia” in Moscow.
