Putin increased presidential scholarship for students to 30 thousand rubles
The presidential scholarship will be increased and amount to 30 thousand rubles. The government scholarship will be 20 thousand rubles. The President of Russia announced this at a meeting with students today, January 25, Vesti reports.
“In our country, over centuries, we have constantly paid great attention and attached great importance to the development of education,” Vladimir Putin emphasized. The head of state recalled that 25 new campuses will be created nationwide by 2030; 8 are already under construction.
Among them is an inter-university student campus in Ufa. At the end of 2023, the first stage of the facility, the IQ Park, was completed.
