Bashkir beekeepers will cooperate with Kazakh Research Institute of Animal Husbandry

Altyn Solok Company and the Kazakh Research Institute of Livestock and Feed Production will exchange experience in beekeeping, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic reported. The parties signed a corresponding agreement on the sidelines of the “Kazakhstan - Bashkortostan” business forum in Astana.

“The document also envisages interaction between the parties regarding joint work on genetics, bee selection, and implementing projects to preserve and develop purebred bees. Bashkir and Kazakh specialists will cooperate in developing and implementing modern digital and technological solutions in the field of beekeeping and quality control of beekeeping products,” the department said.

As Bashinform News Agency reported, Kazakh specialists became interested in the beekeeping experience of Bashkiria during the visit of a delegation of the Bashkir agro-industrial complex to the East Kazakhstan region in November last year.

The Altyn Solok Company is an interregional center for protecting and promoting beekeeping products in Bashkortostan. It has the status of a breeding reproducer for breeding honey bees of the Central Russian breed and the status of a laboratory for molecular genetic examination of honey bees and honey products.
