Changes have been made to Council for Human Rights under Head of Bashkiria

Changes have been made to the composition of the Council under the Head of Bashkiria for Human Rights and the Development of Civil Society Institutions, established in 2019. The corresponding decree of the Head of the Republic, dated January 23, 2024, was published on the official legal information portal.

The Bashkir poetess, journalist, and editor-in-chief of the Akbuzat magazine, Larisa Abdullina, was added to the Council. Public figure Azamat Galin was removed from the Council by the same decree.

The decree comes into force from the date of its signing.
