Bashkir delegation visit to Kazakhstan begins in Astana

The head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, led the official delegation of the republic on a working visit to Kazakhstan. The delegation included members of the regional government, heads of ministries and departments, and business community representatives.

The visit program includes several meetings with the leadership of Kazakhstan, business negotiations, and participation in the “Kazakhstan - Bashkortostan” business forum.

On January 23, the delegation of Bashkortostan arrived in Astana. The Kazakhstan Minister of Industry, Kanat Sharlapaev, met the delegation at the airport.

Before starting work, Radiy Khabirov told reporters what meetings would be held during his visit to Kazakhstan.

“We came as a representative delegation so that, as they say, words are supported by deeds. There is a big business mission on board - the heads of our enterprises. We have a hectic day: a presentation of Bashkortostan, meetings in B2B format, and the establishment of new contacts and connections. Most importantly, we will hold a working group meeting on cooperation between Bashkortostan and Kazakhstan and meet with the leadership of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We will discuss foreign economic issues, humanitarian cooperation, tourism, and communications infrastructure. A large and very dense program has been formed,” noted Radiy Khabirov.
