Vladimir Putin presented award to rural settlement head from Bashkiria
The head of the Meshchegarovsky village council of the Salavat district of Bashkortostan, Ilnara Safina, won the All-Russian Municipal Service Award. Russian President Vladimir Putin presented the award in the category “Human Fate is the Pride of the Fatherland” to the mother of many children.
Ilnara Safina became the best among 19 thousand candidates who sent applications to participate in the competition. Ilnara Safina was elected head of the rural settlement in 2022 after her husband, Rustam Safin, who held this position, volunteered for a special military operation.
Ilnara Safina thanked the head of state and the organizers of the Service Award for the high assessment of her work.
The President of the country thanked everyone who helps fighters on the front line at the local level and noted that this is of great moral importance.
