Ratmir Mavliev strengthened his position in Russian region mayor’s ranking
The head of the administration of Ufa, Ratmir Mavliev, took 12th place in the national ranking of mayors of Russian regional capitals based on the results 2023, being placed in the first group. According to the municipality, the mayor improved his position by four points compared to 2022.
The study, prepared by the Rating Information Communications Center and the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, included the heads of 88 cities in the country. The results were obtained based on a correspondence survey and correspondence and face-to-face surveys of experts.
Previously, Bashkiria became one of the leaders in the national ranking of regional scientific and technological development.
