Konstantin Tolkachev: Message Head of Bashkiria unites society

Chairman of the State Assembly of the Republic Konstantin Tolkachev, commenting on the key provisions of the Message of the Head of Bashkortostan to the parliament, called it “a Message of consolidation of society and confidence in the future.”

“The Message of the Head of the Republic to the State Assembly touches on all the key issues of the development of Bashkortostan. The focus of special attention of the state and society is the achievement of the objectives of the special military operation and comprehensive support for the participants of the military service and their families, including rehabilitation and employment of military personnel. Despite the challenges our country is overcoming today, the republic’s priorities remain the development of the economy and social infrastructure, public health, and improving the quality of life of people.

The Message outlines projects and undertakings important for society, notes the importance of strengthening technological sovereignty, and sets a course for enhancing work with foreign partners. A positive signal was given to businesses: programs for preferential lending to the economy and support for technology projects were announced. The goals set are ambitious but realistic - they correspond to our financial capabilities and competencies, which means they will be achieved.

The Message sets before deputies the task of implementing ideas through legal norms. In particular, the legislative design will be based on the theme of 2024, declared by the Head of the Republic as the Year of Care for People with Disabilities. People with disabilities should feel like full members of society and have the opportunity to realize themselves fully. This is a common task for all levels of government. Soon, we will develop a plan for legislative work,” said Konstantin Tolkachev.
