Bashkiria’s government awarded 64 best taxpayers

The government of Bashkortostan hosted an awards ceremony for the winners of the annual republican competition “Taxpayer of the Year”. The ceremony was conducted by the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic, Andrey Nazarov. The head of the Cabinet of Ministers noted that the event is being held in the republic for the fifth time. Its main goals are recognition of the high fiscal discipline of enterprises and organizations, assessment of their economic success, and social responsibility.

A total of 206 applications were received in 2023. Over a third (74 applications) are from urban districts, including Ufa, Sterlitamak, Salavat, and Kumertau. 132 applications were submitted from taxpayers of municipal districts, the most active of them representing Gafuriysky, Sterlitamaksky, Salavatsky, Tuymazinsky, Karaidelsky, Bakalinsky, Zilairsky and Chekmagushevsky districts.

According to the Prime Minister, over the 11 months of 2023, the republic's consolidated budget received tax revenues worth more than 205 billion rubles. Almost every tenth ruble is the contribution of the winners of the “Taxpayer of the Year” competition.

Awards were presented to 64 of the best taxpayers in Bashkortostan.

Let us remind you that the competition is held in the following types of activities: agriculture, forestry, hunting, fishing, and fish farming; mining; manufacturing industries; provision of electrical energy, gas, and steam; construction; trade; transportation and storage; professional, scientific and technical activities; for other types of activities. Each nomination determines the winner into 3 categories: large organizations, medium-sized businesses, unitary enterprises, and small businesses.
