Work on “Bashkiria 3.0” program will be completed within six months

Within six months, the management team will complete work on the “Bashkortostan 3.0” program. Radiy Khabirov stated this on Direct Line, answering a question from Bashinform News Agency editor-in-chief Ruslan Sharafutdinov about how the Head of the Republic sees the future of Bashkortostan in the next 10-15 years.

“In the “Bashkortostan 3.0” program, we will show what the economy and social sphere will be like; everything will be with numbers and facts. But I won’t undertake to say what the republic will be like in 10 or 15 years because the world is turbulent. It isn't easy to predict. My task as the head of a large region is to determine horizons. In 2018, we defined such horizons in my Decree 310. However, some things were not completed due to objective circumstances and because they did not work so well in this direction. Nevertheless, this is a picture of the world with specific target indicators, and we will make this same picture of the world. And what will Bashkortostan be like in 20 – 40 years, we will think about it in retirement,” said Radiy Khabirov.
