Bashkortostan Day will be held in Moscow on December 3

The Day of the Republic of Bashkortostan will be held at the international exhibition and forum “Russia” in Moscow on December 3.

“This is a unique chance to announce our republic, our plans, and how we develop. All this will contribute to the development of our republic,” Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov said earlier at an operational government meeting.

The Region Day's grand opening, with Radiy Khabirov's participation, is planned to be held in the first half of the day.

The Republic's theme day will also present an extensive cultural program. On this day, VDNKh visitors will be treated to the Terra Winter festival, a presentation of the Bashkir Longevity project, master classes on making Bashkir jewelry, and Bashkir delicacies. In addition, as part of the Day of Bashkortostan, a presentation of large-scale cultural events of the republic, master classes on making and playing kurai, folk dance, cooking Bashkir cuisine, a presentation of the Bashkir national costume, and an extensive concert program are planned.

As Bashinform News Agency previously reported, the republic’s exposition will be supplemented throughout the 6 months of the exhibition.
