Irina Golovanova was appointed republican Minister of Housing and Communal Services

By decree of the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, Irina Golovanova was appointed Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Bashinform News Agency was informed about this by the press service of the Head of the Republic.

Golovanova Irina Aleksandrovna was born on October 3, 1973 in Kumertau. Graduated from Kumertau Aviation College, Bashkir State Agrarian University, Bashkir State Academy of Public Administration and Administration under the President of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

She began her career 1993 as a credit inspector at the Ermolaevsky branch of Agroprombank. Subsequently, she worked at the Kumertau branch of Sotsinvestbank. She was the chief economist, head of the financial and economic department of the Ermolaevsky Distillery Plant, and chief accountant of the Kumertau Thermal Power Plant.

In 2008, she was appointed Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance of the State Unitary Enterprise “Republican Agency for Regulation of the Food Market “Bashagroproduct”. In 2008–2013 - leading specialist, head of the production and economic department of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In 2013–2018 - First Deputy Head of Administration of Kumertau. In 2018–2019 - Assistant to the Acting Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan.

In 2019–2023 - Deputy Minister, First Deputy Minister, Acting Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
