Head of Bashkortostan: Foreign economic relations with Kazakhstan are on rise

Foreign economic relations between Bashkortostan and Kazakhstan are on the rise. We see this in the volume of trade turnover, our socio-cultural and humanitarian ties, and mutual industrial integration. This was stated by the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov on International Business Week, answering a question from Bashinform News Agency.

“The opportunities are extensive. Our economies are very similar. We understand very clearly the structure of business vision in Kazakhstan. And, of course, it plays into the fact that we have common roots – traditions. We understand each other perfectly.

You know that by the decision of the Presidents of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan, the Forum of Regions will be held next year in Ufa. This will also contribute to the development of our relations. In Kazakhstan, we see a strategic partner, a partner with whom we can and should deal, who we understand and for whom we have deep human sympathies,” said Radiy Khabirov.
