Andrey Nazarov visited representative office of Bashkiria in China

At the end of his official visit to the PRC, Prime Minister of the Government of Bashkortostan Andrei Nazarov visited the representative office of the republic in China.

Andrey Nazarov noted that many Chinese companies have already confirmed their participation in the International Business Week, which will be held in Ufa on November 22–25.

“We are now preparing separate programs for each company so that our partners from China can effectively conduct working trips to Bashkortostan and explore destinations according to their profiles. China is a huge market and a great opportunity for the regional economy. And, of course, this area should be included in the special priority of our work,” Andrey Nazarov emphasized.

The next visit of the republic’s delegation to China is planned for the spring of 2024, and it will be organized in such a way as to visit not only Beijing but also several large provinces of the PRC to consolidate the position of Bashkortostan in the Celestial Empire maximally.

“Besides economic and investment projects, we will develop several humanitarian, cultural, and tourism projects. Much attention is planned to be paid to cooperation in education. We are building an intercollegiate student campus, and one of the seven towers of the main building will be named after China's greatest scientist and inventor, Shen Kuo. This is a tribute to respect and one of the symbols of cooperation with China,” explained the Bashkir prime minister.

“Upon returning to Ufa, I plan to analyze the results of our trip to China together with colleagues from the relevant ministries. It is already clear that the number of areas in which we can cooperate with China is in the hundreds,” wrote the head of the Bashkir government.
