Bashkortostan will receive an additional 750 million rubles under the Stimulus program in 2024. This is the largest amount of those allocated to other regions of the country, said Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Nikita Stasishin, answering a question from the Bashinform News Agency before the start of a visiting meeting of the Association of Developers of Bashkiria.
“If you look at the dynamics of recent years, the republic has achieved a record volume of construction. And this year, more than 3 million square meters of housing will be available. In the area where we are now, apartments are affordable. The average cost of 1 sq. m is about 85 thousand rubles. This suggests that developers are fighting not with price but with the quality of the project. And the region is bringing here the necessary engineering networks and transport infrastructure through national projects and fulfilling the instructions of the President of Russia - to build 120 million square meters of housing by 2023,” noted the Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Russia.
