Andrey Nazarov launched two electric power facilities on REF-2023

Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan Andrey Nazarov opened the Russian Energy Forum and the International Exhibition “Energy of the Urals”. Via teleconference, the Prime Minister took part in the launch ceremony of new transformers at the 110 kV Nagaevo substation and boiler house in the Glumilino microdistrict.

“The volume of energy production and consumption in Bashkortostan is growing by an average of 3% yearly. The transition trend to alternative energy is becoming increasingly pronounced, although non-renewable energy sources prevail in the country. In particular, our country's share of thermal power plants exceeds 93%, hydroelectric power plants – 4%. Our alternative energy sources occupy no more than 2%. Therefore, today, the energy sector needs fresh ideas and innovations. I do not doubt that constructive discussions will occur on the sidelines of the Energy Forum aimed at developing effective and most effective expert recommendations,” Andrey Nazarov emphasized at the forum's opening ceremony.

As Bashinform News Agency learned, the launch of two transformers will double the capacity of the 110 kV Nagaevo substation. This will allow us to move on to the second stage of reconstruction of the substation to provide a reliable power supply to Nagaevo, Zinino, and partially Zhilino and Akberdino residents.

The work of a new boiler house in the Glumilino microdistrict was also launched. Commissioning work and comprehensive testing of the boilers have been completed, and the readiness of the equipment to operate during the heating season and provide residents of the microdistrict with heat and hot water has been confirmed. The boiler room is fully automated and controlled from the driver’s workplace.

Andrey Nazarov visited the exhibition “Energy of the Urals”, where over 110 companies - the most prominent developers, manufacturers, and suppliers of the electric power industry - presented their stands. In total, companies from 20 regions of Russia, delegations of authorities, and the business community from Belarus, China, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan are participating in the forum and exhibition. The forum’s business program includes over 40 events with the participation of more than 300 speakers from 19 cities and regions of the Russian Federation.

The Prime Minister tested the operation of a charging station from the Russian manufacturer NSP with a maximum power of 150 kW. By the end of the year, 18 such stations for electric vehicles will be installed across the republic. For their construction, investors are provided subsidies from the federal budget of up to 2.7 million per facility.

The head of the republican Cabinet of Ministers presented awards to employees of energy industry enterprises. Five people received the title of Honored Power Engineer of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
