Official delegations of Belarus and Abkhazia will arrive in Bashkiria on Republic Day

The celebration of Republic Day in Bashkiria will take place on October 11 at the international level; official high delegations from Belarus and Abkhazia will arrive in the region. Chief of Staff of the Head of Bashkortostan, Maxim Zabelin, announced this at a meeting of the organizing committee to prepare the state date.

And although the culmination of the national holiday will be a ceremonial meeting at the State Conservatory "Bashkortostan", large-scale events will begin on October 9, the newspaper "Republic of Bashkortostan" reports. The sports community expects to host five international competitions; young Shaimurat residents will determine the best in their ranks at the Republican Summer Games. 500 students from Shaimurat’s classes will traditionally take an oath to the legendary division commander at the foot of the monument on October 11, on Sovetskaya Square.

The key events of national significance on October 11 will be the laying of flowers at the monuments of Shaikhzada Babich and Salavat Yulaev and the opening of the Aksakov Park after reconstruction.

Delegations from Belarus and Abkhazia are expected to be the main protagonists in the opening of a plant for the production of equipment for post-harvest grain processing from the Amkodor Company and laying the foundation stone for the Colonnade art object on the Ufa embankment.

Republic Day will be celebrated in all cities and regions of Bashkiria. On the eve of October 9, the region will host a pre-holiday presentation of 80 federal and republican awards, and the results of the Labor dynasty competition will also be summed up.
