Radiy Khabirov met with Children's Rights Commissioner Maria Lvova-Belova

The Head of the region, Radiy Khabirov, met with the Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the President of Russia, Maria Lvova-Belova, on September 14 at the House of the Republic. She arrived in Ufa to participate in the first All-Russian festival of games, “Let’s Play!”

On the agenda are issues of implementing initiatives in the region aimed at ensuring the safety and comprehensive development of children, including those with disabilities and those who find themselves in difficult life situations.

Opening the meeting, the Head of the Republic emphasized the importance of the festival “Let’s Play!” in educating the younger generation in modern conditions.

“We organized a real toy festival for the children. At the same time, this is a very serious story related to the development of the children's goods industry and the education of the younger generation. The institution of ombudspersons for children’s rights is one of the most important in our country. You do a lot to protect children. And we, for our part, are implementing programs aimed at the full development of children,” said Radiy Khabirov.
