Radiy Khabirov met with “Leaders of Russia” management competition finalists

Today, September 7, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, met with the finalists of the Regional stage of the “Leaders of Russia” management competition.

This flagship project of the presidential platform “Russia – the Land of Opportunities” solves the essential task of staffing the development of our country.

Radiy Khabirov noted that this year, 46 people from the republic reached the final stage of the fifth competition, which is a decent result.

The geography of applicants has expanded: 54% - from Ufa. Then comes Salavat - 6%, Beloretsk, Sterlitamak, Tuymazy - 4%, 2% each - Kumertau, Askinsky, Aurgazinsky, Meleuzovsky, Uchalinsky and Chishminsky districts.

The Head of the Republic was presented with the project of the team - the winner of the regional stage of the competition for the integrated development of territories.

The “Leaders of Russia” management competition has been held on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation since 2017. Its participants can receive an educational grant, work with a mentor from among business and government leaders, and get into the country’s management personnel reserve.

The competitive selection of participants is based on a multi-stage system of assessment activities, with the help of which the level of development of abilities and management skills is assessed. Participation in the project is available to residents of any geographic location worldwide.

300 super finalists receive 1 million rubles each for their chosen study program at Russian universities and the opportunity to meet with a mentor from the country's leading managers; the winners receive career advice and support.
