“It is important to provide equal rights to everyone. I want to emphasize this - to all participants in a special military operation without exception: career military personnel and volunteers, contract soldiers, mobilized and law enforcement officers who participate in a special military operation. Our guys fight heroically. They and their family must be provided with all the required benefits and support measures, including the status of a participant in hostilities. This is a matter of justice, recognition of special merits defenders of the Motherland," - said Russian President Vladimir Putin at the meeting of the Russian Organizing Committee "Victory".
