Mikhail Murashko praised healthcare system development in Bashkiria

Russian Minister of Health Mikhail Murashko highly appreciated the first day of his working trip to Bashkortostan, calling it productive. Earlier, the Bashinform News Agency reported that Mikhail Murashko held an all-Russian meeting on topical issues in the development of primary health care and a working meeting with the Head of Bashkortostan. At it, the Minister of Health of Russia noted the practical work of the region's leadership in developing healthcare.

“This is a structural restructuring of the entire medical care system aimed at preventing diseases, their early diagnosis and treatment. I would like to note the increase in life expectancy in Bashkortostan and the decrease in mortality from diseases of the cardiovascular system and oncological diseases. The Republic has advanced experience in many areas, so the choice of Ufa to host the All-Russian Conference was obvious,” Mikhail Murashko said.

The head of the Ministry of Health added that the successful practices developed in Bashkortostan should be replicated throughout the country.

Mikhail Murashko and Radiy Khabirov visited the polyclinic of Ufa City Clinical Hospital No. 13 and Bashkir Medical University. They laid flowers at the monument to Minigali Shaimuratov.

“The beginning and end of the day are bright accents, physical and emotional orientation to good, correct decisions. The work was devoted to organizing the primary link since we regard modernization not just as repairs and the supply of equipment or vehicles. We consider the primary link's modernization as a new way of the healthcare system. This is work with the patient in the first place, built on the individualization of approaches, plus all organizational decisions.

Problems that have not yet been resolved are also identified. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop a common ideology for moving forward. Therefore, using the example of Bashkortostan, we have shown how most projects are implemented here. Technologies for accompanying patients were also considered.

Today, all heads of medical areas of the constituent entities, the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, health authorities, and Roszdravnadzor passed through a single program. We need to form a common position, a single path of development. But each region always has its characteristics, some products, and findings. They are all divided among themselves on a bilateral level.

Therefore, our task today is to give a breakthrough to reduce mortality rates with increasing life expectancy. All this, including today, was discussed. Tomorrow is the second day of work. I think the results will be excellent,” said Mikhail Murashko, answering a question from the Bashinform News Agency following the results of the first day of his working trip to the Republic.
