Simplified contracts of land plots providing to investors increased 10 times in Bashkiria

The Government of Bashkiria announced the year's first half results on providing land plots to investors without bidding - 10 times more than in 2022: 164 by the middle of this year and 16 for the entire last year. The volume of investments in these projects is more than 11 billion rubles.

The Republican Minister of Land and Property Relations, Natalia Polyanskaya, specified that the following types of activities are named import-substituting in Bashkiria: agriculture, production of food products, textiles, paints, other chemical products, medicines, electrical equipment, furniture, etc.

“The Ministry has developed a simplified procedure for granting land plots, significantly reducing the time for all procedures and investors' costs. The number of lease agreements for land plots concluded without bidding has increased significantly. At the end of 2022, 16 contracts were signed for a total area of 2,831 hectares, and by the middle of 2023, there were already 164 contracts for a total area of 22,505 hectares,” she said.

According to her, interdepartmental interaction is carried out within five days. If there are no objections, the lease agreement is prepared and signed for a maximum of two weeks. Since this provision is temporary, Natalia Polyanskaya recommended that the municipalities have time to take advantage of this support measure this year.
