Radiy Khabirov met with Volga District Russian National Guard Troops Commander

On July 25, at the House of the Republic, the Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, held a meeting with the commander of the Volga District of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, Sergey Prosyanik, who was appointed to this position in June 2023.

On the agenda are issues of developing the material and technical base of the National Guard units and strengthening interaction with the Republic's authorities.

Radiy Khabirov congratulated Sergey Prosyanik on his appointment and wished him professional success in his new position.

"We have a large republican Directorate of the Russian Guard. We are in full mutual understanding, and we support each other. The Republic supported the formation of the volunteer battalion of Salavat Yulaev with the Russian Guard. It successfully performs the tasks of a special military operation. The commanders highly appreciate the work of our unit," said Radiy Khabirov.

"Salavat Yulaev's battalion is provided with everything necessary. The fighters have received excellent training. And we are grateful to the Republic for its support," Sergei Prosyanik said.

At the meeting, the Head of the Republic and the commander of the Volga District of the Russian Guard troops discussed the issue of creating a training center in Bashkortostan for training Special Forces. The Republic is ready to select and provide a site for its placement.

"We fully support this initiative. The National Guard has high hopes for this center," Sergei Prosyanik said.
