Bashkiria agro-industrial complex representatives participate in BelAgro exhibition in Minsk

The specialized international exhibition "BelAgro-2023" has started its work in Minsk. A delegation of representatives of the agro-industrial complex of Bashkiria flew to Belarus.

“The program of the visit is very rich. We are already starting meetings and negotiations with the heads of the largest companies producing agricultural machinery and equipment - Amkodor, Minsk Tractor Plant, Gomselmash, and others. Our cooperation has been going on for over a year, so there is something to discuss and improve. We plan to study advanced areas in crop production, animal husbandry and fish farming, veterinary medicine, processing, and food industries,” commented the Republican Minister of Agriculture Ilshat Fazrakhmanov.

Many Belarusian enterprises – agricultural machinery manufacturers- are already strategic partners of the Bashkir agro-industrial complex. In the republic, the assembly of caterpillar tractors "Belarus 2103" (MTP), windrowers, and mower-conditioners ("Gomselmash") have been arranged. Last year, an agreement was signed on large-scale cooperation with the Minsk Tractor Plant, which provides the region with agricultural machinery, spare parts, and services. Today, MTP products are in demand by Bashkir farmers, popular models of wheeled tractors from this manufacturer occupy 53% of the entire tractor fleet in the agro-industrial complex of the region.
