An interregional conference, "Purchases," will be held in Ufa on May 25-26. According to the Republican State Committee of Competition Policy, the event is organized for customers, suppliers, and specialists to discuss innovations in the field of procurement.
The event will be attended by heads of regional authorized bodies in the field of procurement from 15 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
Speakers will be representatives of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, and the Federal Treasury.
At the plenary part, they will talk about changes in the legislation on the contract system in 2023, simplification of procurement procedures, and specifics of bringing administrative responsibility during procurement.
The second part of the event is an open discussion platform in the form of a round table on thematic sections: changes in legislation, a section on construction procurement, a section on healthcare, features of procurement under 223-FZ, a section with regulators and representatives of authorized bodies for procurement from a single supplier, changes in significant contract terms.
“The conference is a large-scale platform for building a dialogue between all participants in the procurement process, exchanging ideas and understanding the specifics of the work of each of the parties. The agenda of the event is focused on the study of such topics as an interaction between customers and suppliers, methods for optimizing procurement procedures, efficiency and safety in the field of procurement, as well as scientific and technical development and innovation in the field of public procurement,” said Gulshat Arslanova, Chairman of the Republican State Committee of Competition Policy.
